Yogalates

Yogalates is a fusion of Yoga & Pilates, as its name suggests. It harness the physical and mental benefits of both practice. It helps tone core muscles.

Barre Fit

Barre is a full body workouts, strength training, and core conditioning with ballet elements, so it is a total body workout in a super graceful way. All levels are welcomed!

Spinning Hammock

Spinning hammock is a combination of aerial yoga and dance by using single-sling point and U-shaped hammock . During the practice, practitioners need to do different movements like pull-ups, drops, extensions and backbends in the air, so the difficulty is one star higher than aerial yoga. Each practitioner can find her own suitable way and unique style of dance.

Low Aerial Yoga

The heights of hammock in Low Aerial Yoga is relatively lower than Aerial Yoga. It has lower impact, which offer a safe and stable support to you body. Also, you can get used to the fabric before taking Aerial Yoga class. Beginners welcomed!

Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga uses gravity to change yoga postures in the air. It is a new type of yoga that is different from traditional mat yoga. Because of its graceful posture, it has become popular among teenage girls in recent years!

Pilates Ball

Pilates Ball is a workout that strengthen core and balancing. Meanwhile, it helps to improve and sculpt your posture. Beginners welcome!

Wheel Yoga

Wheel Yoga allows inversions to be more accessible, deepens poses like backbends and forward folds, improves posture, and increases flexibility.

Happy Spine / Deep Stretch

If you aim to increase flexibility, we'd recommended you to do Happy Spine and Deep Stretch. Both of them are stretching class, Happy Spine is more focus on your upper body like twisting. and Deep Stretch will also focus on your legs.

Mat Yoga (Hatha)

If you look for a gentle yoga or true beginner, we'd recommended you to try our mat yoga. Hatha Yoga will be your best choice!
