A2) Yes, we do! The more you purchase, the lower of average price per credit. 
       Intro Pack - 1899 baht / 20 credits
       Self-love Pack - 3600 baht / 40 credits
       Classy Pack - 5080 baht / 60 credits
      
Q3) What's include in the package?
A3) It is super flexible ! You can take any classes on the group class schedule by deducting the credits amount.

        Wheel Yoga - 3 credits / session
        Low Aerial Yoga, Pilates Ball - 4 credits / session
        Barre Fit, Aerial Yoga - 5 credits / session
        Spinning Hammock - 6 credits / session

       Example: for Self-love Pack 3600 baht (40 credit)
        - you can take total 8 Barre Fit sessions (5 credits per session) , or
        - you can take 5 Low Aerial Yoga (4 credits per session) plus 5 Barre Fit sessions (5 credits per session)
        You can just mix and match and choose whatever classes you want to take on the group class schedule.

Q4) What is the max no. of participant?
A4) Max 5.

Q5) How long per session?
A5) 60 mins.

Q6) Can I share a package with my besties?
A6) Sorry, it is non-shareable as everyone needs to book a class under your own account.

Q7) How long is the package valid?
A7) Intro Pack - 35 days,
       Self-love Pack - 65 days,
       Classy Pack - 95 days
       (Starting from the 1st date of class within 7th day from the date of purchase)

Q8) How can I book my first class?
A8) For newbies, please sign up on our online booking system , top up your account then book your classes, or
       Simply DM us on Instagram : babel.cnx

Q9) How can I top up my account?
A9) For self top up on online booking system, please follow below steps:
       1. Sign in our online booking system
       2. Click 🏠
       3. Online shop
       4. Add your package to cart
       5. Check out
       6. Upload your screen cap of successful payment
       7. Wait for confirmation
 
       Second option, simply DM on Instagram at babel.cnx with below info, 
       1. Your name
       2. Email address
       3. Package that you want to purchase
       4. Screen cap of successful payment

Q10) How do I ensure that my booking is confirmed?
A10) You will receive a confirmation email after you successfully booked a class. In case you don't get it, please check your junk mail.
          Please contact us if you still don't get it. Besides, you can log into our online booking system to check your booking status.

Q11) Can I queue for waiting list if the class is already full?
         Yes of course! Our team will let you know if there is a spot release. 

Q12) What if I need to cancel / reschedule a class?
A12) You can cancel the scheduled class 24 hours before the class starts, and sign up for the other classes.

Q13) Can I get a refund if any issue?
A13) Sorry that all packages are non refundable once paid.

Q14) Can I extend my package if expiry?
A14) Yes, you can extend all your remaining credits if you purchase extension package before it expiry.
         Each package can be extended only once. Please contact us for package extension.
         - 500 baht for 30 days
         -  900 baht for 60 days
         - 1200 baht for 90 days 
         or
         purchase a new package (intro pack, self-love pack or classy pack).

Q15) What is the teaching language of the classes?
A15) We teach in English, but some of our instructor will be able to speak in Thai.
